How do I schedule an appointment?
Clients may schedule all appointments online! If you need assistance with online scheduling, please text Jasmine at 703.618.0708. We are open by appointment only.
What is your cancellation policy?
When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours advanced notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We are an appointment-based business, with clients scheduled consecutively. Arriving past your scheduled appointment time may result in a shorter treatment. To keep our schedule on time, clients will be marked “late” after 15 minutes and will be required to reschedule. Late clients, no shows, or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the full price of their scheduled service. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

neroli skin & lash is located at 4970 Cass St. San Diego, CA 92109 inside The Hair Cooperative. We are in North Pacific Beach between Wilbur Ave. & Loring St.

Is parking available?
Street parking is available. Please allow for extra time to find parking on weekends and evenings, especially during summer months.

How should I prepare for my facial appointment?
Please arrive to your appointment on time without makeup or jewelry. Discontinue use of any retinoids, AHA/BHAs, or topical prescription products at least 72 hours prior. No waxing or injectables 48 hours prior.
How should I prepare for my eyelash extension appointment?
Please arrive to your appointment on time without eye makeup or contact lenses. A full set may take up to two hours, and requires you to keep still with your eyes closed. Please do not drink caffeine before your appointment as it may result in eye flutter. Please note: If you have experienced irritation from eyelash extensions in the past, it is recommended that you schedule a free patch test prior to your full set appointment. Refunds will not be issued for completed full sets for any reason. If you had a patch test, and still experience irritation after your appointment and would like your lashes removed, please alert your esthetician within the first three days of application to schedule a complimentary lash removal appointment.
What does eyelash extension "retention" mean?
During a typical classic full set appointment, approximately 100 or more individual eyelash extensions are applied to each eye. If you choose to have your lashes filled, 50%, or 50 or more lash extensions, must be intact on each eye to qualify for fill pricing. Clients with less than 50% retention at the time of their appointment will be charged for a full set.
How do I care for my eyelash extensions?
Proper after care is essential to preserve the lifespan of your lash extensions and the health of your natural lashes.
DO NOT: wear mascara, pull on your extensions, use an oil-based makeup remover or cleanser, or attempt to remove your extensions at home.
DO: brush through your lashes every day, cleanse your lashes with a lash-safe solution, let your esthetician know if you experience any discomfort or irritation.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. No checks, please.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! You may purchase a gift certificate for any amount or service.
Can you accommodate groups?
Currently, neroli skin & lash is operated by a sole practitioner in a single treatment room. We are happy to schedule back-to-back appointments for two or more clients wishing to come in together.
Can teenagers receive treatment?
We believe it's never to early to learn how to properly care for your skin! Clients 12-17 years old may receive treatment with signed consent from a parent or guardian. For safety and insurance purposes, children under the age of 12 will not be permitted inside the treatment room for any reason, and may not accompany an adult to their appointment.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! Refer a friend, and after they visit, you will receive 10% off your next service.
